The Journey
Margaret’s path to becoming an RTO consultant is shaped by her dedication to lifelong learning and making a difference. Her time working in Fiji and Vanuatu offered invaluable lessons in empowering others, teaching individuals how to create their own success through knowledge and skills.
This belief was cemented when an Aboriginal Elder in far north Queensland shared a timeless principle: “Don’t give them fish, teach them to fish.” This wisdom has become a cornerstone of Margaret’s approach, driving her mission to build independence and sustainable change.
With her Master’s in Adult and Vocational Education, Margaret continues to apply these lessons, helping organisations grow stronger through education and capacity development.
